FAQ – Hard Floor and Carpet Cleaners
Why does the spray extraction cleaner not spray water?

Cause:
  • Water tank is full.
  • Nozzle or spray hose blocked.
  • Gasket between top of unit and water tank not sealing properly.
Remedy:
  • Empty the water tank.
  • Clean the nozzle and spray hose.
  • Inspect gasket and lubricate with a little grease if necessary.
  • Vent the unit without spray nozzle until no more air emerges.
